Pets Beautiful was opened in 1969 by Jeannine Cross. Jeannine owned the shop up until 5 years ago. I began working for her 35 years ago and have worked at Pets Beautiful most of my adult life . I now own the business .
I have many clients who have been bringing their pets since the beginning as most owners replace their dogs once they pass away at old age. I enjoy the continued relationship with my customers and always enjoy welcoming their new pet to my shop. I remember most of my customers and try to please the pet and theiir owner as much as possible with their styles, comfort of grooming and keeping their pet happy while they visit.
